Minutes of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association Meeting
The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on last 15th of August, 2023. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Brown, with members present of homeowners in participation.
After call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were examined and approved with no amendments.
- Ms. Jones, gave a summarized financial update outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
- Multiple homeowners raised questions regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed playground construction and parking regulations.
- The board addressed the homeowner's questions, providing information about the plans.
Following the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, 2023.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is presently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to enhance the quality of life for all residents while resolving ongoing concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to landscaping, quiet hours, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments meticulously and submit their comments by the deadline.
- An open forum will be scheduled on September 8th to examine the proposed amendments in more depth.
More information regarding the proposed amendments can be obtained on the HOA's online platform. Residents are highly recommended to contribute in this important process.
Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project
Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to enhance the visual appeal of our community by adding flowers, cleaning up public zones, and supporting a sense of ownership.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the HOA Office.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!
